Happy Customers is our top priority. Be it getting you the latest trends from around the world, getting you better value or delivering you a unique experience, we constantly strive to serve you better. However, at times things don’t go as planned, but we got your back.
- You can simply place a request for a Return or a Refund under the following circumstances:
- ITEM DIDN’T ARRIVE: If the item you ordered didn’t arrive, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
- ITEM DAMAGED OR NOT AS PER DESCRIPTION: If the item you receive is damaged, different from what you ordered like the size or color, or not reasonably consistent with the item listing, you will be eligible for a refund. You may have to share some evidence of the issue and you may be required to return the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER: If for any reason you change your mind and want to cancel your order, you can do so ONLY within 12 hours of placing an order. Upon cancellation, you will receive a Store Credit of the refund amount with no minimum purchase amount.
- The Store Credit can only be used to purchase items that are on sale on BlingFeed site or app.
- If the cart total value is more than the Store Credit, the balance can be paid in another form of payment that is accepted on BlingFeed site, or app, checkout page.
- The Store Credit cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
- All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the product with photographic or video evidence at email@example.com. If 7 days have gone by since you receive the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card with which you made the payment or original method of payment, within 7 working days. However, the time may vary depending upon your card issuer and bank.
- After the 12 hour period (of placing the order) has passed, BlingFeed will not be able to cancel the order or make any refunds, unless you do not receive the product or receive a damaged or incorrect product.
- BlingFeed is a global platform and items you order on our websites or apps may or may not be sold by merchants located within your country. Therefore, goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns if the item you receive is defective, damaged, or not as per the description.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- BlingFeed Inc. reserves the right to refuse any refund if it suspects abuse or violation of this Policy or violations of the Terms of Service. This may include, but not limited to no or limited customer support, deactivation of the User Account and/or limit future purchase by the User.
- This Return & Refund Policy is a part of BlingFeed Inc's Terms of service.
- This Policy may be updated from time to time.
