ITEM DIDN’T ARRIVE
If the item you ordered didn’t arrive, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
ITEM DAMAGED OR NOT AS PER DESCRIPTION
If the item you receive is damaged, different from what you ordered like the size or color, or not reasonably consistent with the item listing, you will be eligible for a refund.
NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER
If for any reason you change your mind and want to cancel your order, you can do so ONLY within 12 hours of placing an order. Upon cancellation, you will receive a Store Credit of the refund amount with no minimum purchase amount.
